ANIMA Catamaran Set for 2026 Sardinia and Amalfi Yacht Charters

ANIMA Showcases a New Generation of Power Catamaran Living in Italy

The striking ANIMA Fountaine Pajot catamaran for charter was one of the most interesting discoveries at the MYBA Charter Show 2026, where our team had the opportunity to step aboard and experience her concept firsthand.

Positioned as a new-generation power catamaran, ANIMA combines space, efficiency, and lifestyle in a way that stands out in today’s charter market—and notably, she is currently the only Thira 80 power catamaran available for charter in the Mediterranean.

A New Approach to Catamaran Living

Designed to maximize both comfort and the onboard experience, the Fountaine Pajot catamaran ANIMA for charter offers a more sustainable, quieter way to cruise.

Thanks to solar panels that provide energy throughout the day, guests can enjoy life on board without constant generator use, creating a notably quieter and more relaxed atmosphere.

Key highlights include:

Silent operation during daytime
Reduced reliance on generators
A more immersive connection with the sea

This approach represents a clear evolution in power catamaran design.

Italian Lifestyle at Sea

With a fully Italian crew of five, ANIMA delivers an authentic and welcoming onboard atmosphere, combining professionalism with a relaxed Mediterranean style.

Life on board is centered around shared moments and outdoor living, enhanced by features such as:

A flybridge cocktail bar with BBQ
Multiple dining areas for up to 10 guests
A pizza oven for informal and social dining
A telescope for stargazing at anchor

Thoughtful touches on board include waterproof cameras and instant Polaroid devices, allowing guests to capture and relive moments throughout their journey.

These elements create a highly experiential environment, ideal for both families and groups of friends.

Space, Comfort, and Smart Design

ANIMA accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, including a master and a VIP suite, each featuring imperial-size beds (2x2m).

All cabins are designed for privacy and comfort, with:

En-suite bathrooms with separate shower areas

Performance Meets Efficiency

ANIMA delivers both speed and efficiency, cruising comfortably at around 18 knots and reaching a top speed of approximately 24 knots.

Her performance is balanced with optimized fuel consumption, making her a practical choice for extended itineraries across Italy.

Cruising Italy from Naples

This flexibility allows for highly customized cruising experiences, from short escapes to extended journeys.

A Standout MYBA Discovery

Our inspection during the MYBA Charter Show confirmed ANIMA as one of the most forward-thinking yachts currently available, combining sustainability, comfort, and lifestyle in a single platform.

In Sanremo, alongside ANIMA, we also inspected CORAL OCEAN at the MYBA Charter Show, highlighting a very different approach to onboard space and lifestyle.
