Lisas of the Seas operating with MYBA Terms

MYBA Terms: The charter fee includes the charter of the yacht with all its equipment in order, tools, galley, cleaning supplies, and basic consumables for the engine room, decks, and cabins, etc., the crew salary and food, yacht insurance for third-party and crew maritime and casualty risks, and employer liability insurance.

The lessee will be charged separately for all other ancillary costs. These include fuel for the yacht and onboard vehicles, food, wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks for charterers, other consumables, mooring fees, and other port charges outside the yacht’s berth, including pilotage charges and charges for the supply of water and electricity withdrawn from land, costs for laundry, telephone, fax or telex via Satcom, radiotelephone or telex, and other port charges.

Additional costs are also foreseen for renting special equipment placed on board at the charterer’s request and for crew gratuities.

Prices are exclusive of VAT (if and where applicable). The VAT calculation depends on the country of the port of embarkation and the cruise area.

Charters of less than one week are also available, but this varies depending on the chosen rental period.
