What are the characteristics that make Cartouche catamaran your perfect adventure mate?
Cartouche certainly ranks among the best sailing catamarans in the world. It can accommodate up to 8 people divided into 4 cabins: a master suite on the main deck with a private bathroom and three double guest cabins, each with a toilet and shower. There are 4 beds, including 1 king-size and 3 double, but alternative solutions are provided when needed.
The navigation management is instead entrusted to 4 four-member crew, equipped with a unique cabin and all the necessary experience to make you spend the best possible stay on board.
The interiors and common areas are modern, well-kept, and bright. They have a sober, minimalist style, but certainly no less elegant.
If you want the best solution to sail the seas and the ocean with style, you will be satisfied with Cartouche. With its abundance of space on the deck and its shallow draft, you can get as close as possible to the coast and the best anchorages. Every day, you can choose whether to stay onboard or go ashore to discover your destination.
A fun onboard Cartouche is guaranteed.
If you are afraid of getting bored, this certainly won’t happen while you are on board, thanks to Cartouche’s wide range of water toys and accessories. Whether you are a passionate swimmer or a beginner afraid of the waves, you cannot resist and take advantage of the included water skis or kitesurfing.
If, on the other hand, you love diving, then you can take advantage of the diving equipment wholly set up for diving and snorkeling. At the same time, for the more sporty, there are seabobs, wakeboards, paddleboards, and complete fishing equipment if you want to try catching some famous Caribbean fish!
Some technical details of Cartouche catamaran
The Cartouche sailing yacht has two 425hp Cummins QSB 5.9 engines, which can propel her up to a maximum speed of 14 knots. Her cruising speed is 8 knots, and she guarantees a range of about 1,500 nautical miles. At this speed, fuel consumption is also excellent, estimated at 20 liters per hour.
All the sails are made in 3DL by North Sails, and the mooring controls are operated from the wheelhouse. Cartouche also has an automatic hydraulic furling boom and an automatic bagging system to protect the sails. This allows a very safe and easy sail reduction and promotes maneuverability both in the open sea and during docking.
If the Grenadine archipelago seems intriguing, discovering it aboard Cartouche will be priceless! Contact Your Boat Holiday, your trusted boat charter company, to find out all the details about this or any other possible charters.
